My ebook, The Alexander Technique Applied to the Golf Technique of Tiger Woods, is published in a PDF format. It is very detailed and practical, and it will give you the physical tools you need to take the limits off of your ability to play golf with ease, power, pain-free, and with accuracy.
This ebook is also for sale on all AMAZON websites in a KINDLE format.

IF YOU MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO TRUSTING YOURSELF TO PLAY OR SING OR PLAY GOLF ACCURATELY, THEN YOU CAN’T DO WHAT YOUR DOING WITH EFFORTLESS ACCURACY WITH FAITH AND TRUST, EXPERIENCING JOY IN DOING SO.
What do I mean?
You either expect yourself to play the right note or get the golf ball in the hole, or you don’t. There is no fearless inbetween!
What do I mean?
When you have any doubt you’re going to play the right note or knock the golf ball in the hole, then you are experiencing fear.
Why fear?
Because whether you admit it to yourself or not, it is very important that you play the right note or hit the golf ball into the hole.
Is it a good thing that you want to play a piece of music with supreme, or hit the golf ball in the hole with supreme accuracy?
I don’t know if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but since you’re playing a musical instrument, it would be nice to make beautiful music with faith in your ability to hit the right notes .
If you’re playing golf, it would be nice to hit the ball in the hole from a short distance or a long distance, since that is the purpose of this game.
I believe there is an equivalency here between playing the right musical note or hitting the ball into the hole.
BOTH ACTS ARE THINGS OF GREAT BEAUTY, IF YOU DON’T HAVE TO SACRIFICE YOUR SENSE OF WELL BEING, OR LOSE YOUR JOY OF MAKING MUSIC OR PLAYING GOLF, BY USING FEAR OF MISSING TO FORCE THE RIGHT NOTE OR GET THE BALL INTO THE HOLE.
If you play gold or play an instrument with a little fear you may miss, then you’re doing what you’re doing with a doubt of the outcome.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A LITTLE DOUBT, A LITTLE FEAR.
You are either full blown afraid of making a mistake or you aren’t. We usually believe that if we practice something enough, playing and instrument or putting the golf ball, and we develop a reasonable expectation of hitting the mark, that the doubt, the fear of missing, will be lessened.
I don’t believe this is so.
I BELIEVE IF WE RELY ONLY ON HIGH REPETITION/EXCESSIVE PRACTICE TO CREATE ACCURACY ON AN INSTRUMENT OR ON THE GOLF COURSE, THEN WE ARE SUBSTITUTING A BELIEF IN REPETITION TO CREATE ACCURACY IN PLACE OF FAITH IN OUR MIND/BODIES.
When you see a child prodigy play a musical instrument or play golf with effortless accuracy, you are are witnessing a supreme act of faith on the child’s part in effortlessly hit the mark.
THE CHILD DOSE NOT USUALLY HAVE ANY CONSCIOUS AWARENESS OF THIS EXTRAORDINARY FAITH IN THEMSELVES, BUT YOU HAVE THE POTENTIAL AS AN ADULT TO CHOOSE TO MAKE MUSIC OF PLAY GOLF WITH THIS SUPREME FAITH.
YOU NEVER LOST IT, YOU JUST BURIED IT.
